During the closed beta Freelanceportal.app is only available by invitation. Upon invitation, you'll have access to all features for free for the duration of the beta program. The beta program can be closed at any time. Once the application is made generally available, you'll be able to pick one of the paid subscriptions to continue the use of Freelanceportal.app.
The beta services are made available to you for the purposes of evaluation and feedback without any compensation or reimbursement of any kind. You acknowledge the importance of communication during your use of the beta services and agree to receive related correspondence and updates from us with regard to the beta services. In the event you request to opt out from such communications, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the beta program, and your use of Freelanceportal.app will likewise be discontinued.
You will be asked to provide feedback regarding your use of Freelanceportal.app. You acknowledge that we can use this feedback to incorporate in our websites and/or applications, at any time, at our sole discretion. If any feedback is published, this will be done in a way that does not identify you or seek your consent in the event we do wish to identify you.
Your use of the application might be monitored for the purpose of improving our application and service to all users, and for support purposes. We use all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never sell your data to anyone.
All services are being provided on an “As Is” or “As Available” basis. All access and use is at your own risk. In no event will Freelanceportal.app or it's affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, consequential and/or incidental loss, exemplary or other damages related to these terms and/or whether direct or indirect: (I) loss of data, (II) Loss of income, (III) loss of opportunity, (IV) lost profits, and (V) costs of recovery or any other damages, however Caused and based on any theory of liability, and whether or not for breach of contract, tort (including negligence), Violation of statute, or otherwise, and whether or not Freelanceportal.app has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Freelanceportal.app’s maximum liability hereunder is limited to €50,00.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Freelanceportal.app, our affiliates and subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to (I) your breach of the Terms, (II) your use of the Beta Services and/or your participation in the Beta Program(s), or (III) your violation of applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with the Services.
You agree to use Freelanceportal.app within the bounds of all applicable laws and regulations.
